Similarly, brands and logos that belong to other firms are owned by their respective owners. A visitor or user of the website does not have any license to use or circulate these beyond viewing them on the Website.

1.9    Other than personally identifiable user information (which is covered under our Privacy Policy), all other information that a user may transmit or provide to the Website will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. We do not have any obligation in respect of any such information and are free to use or dispose it as may deem fit.
